If the product is damaged please return it within 30 days for a replacement. Please include the packing slip.
If the product is not damaged but you are not satisfied with the product you may return the product for store credit or full reimbursement if they meet ALL of the following requirements:
- The product must be shipped/returned within 30 days of arrival with packing slip.
- The product was not a clearance or discontinued item.
- The product was not used. Any products that show signs of use will be rejected.
The customer is to pay for shipping charges of the returned item(s) except when the item is being returned because it was damaged.
The customer will be reimbursed in full for the returned item(s), excluding shipping charges.
